Read the compressor manual before use
Check the oil level if the unit requires oil
Inspect the power cord, hose, and fittings for damage
Place the compressor on a flat, stable surface
Make sure the drain valve is closed
Connect the air hose to the outlet
Attach the correct air tool or nozzle
Set the regulator to the desired pressure
Plug in the compressor or connect it to power
Turn on the compressor
Wait until the tank reaches the cutoff pressure
Use the air tool or inflate the item
Monitor the pressure while in use
Turn off the compressor when finished
Release pressure from the hose if needed
Unplug the compressor or disconnect power
Open the drain valve to remove moisture from the tank
Store the compressor and accessories properly
