How To Wrap Boxing Hand Wraps?

Start with your hand open and your wrist straight

Place the thumb loop over your thumb with the wrap hanging off the back of your hand

Wrap around the wrist 2 to 3 times

Wrap across the back of the hand and around the knuckles 3 to 4 times

Wrap between the fingers if desired, usually between the pinky and ring finger, then ring and middle finger, then middle and index finger

Bring the wrap back across the knuckles after each finger pass

Wrap around the wrist again to secure the hand

Keep the wrap snug but not too tight

Cover the knuckles, wrist, and base of the thumb

Finish with the remaining wrap around the wrist

Secure the end with the hook-and-loop closure or tuck it in neatly
