How To Wrap Boxing Wraps?

Unroll the wrap and place the thumb loop over your thumb

Start with the wrap on the back of your hand

Wrap around the wrist 2 to 3 times

Bring the wrap across the back of the hand to the knuckles

Wrap around the knuckles 3 to 4 times

Bring the wrap back down across the back of the hand to the wrist

Wrap around the wrist again 2 to 3 times

Repeat the hand-to-knuckle and wrist pattern until the wrap is nearly finished

Wrap between the fingers if the wrap style includes finger loops or finger sections

Finish with extra support around the knuckles and wrist

Secure the wrap with the hook-and-loop closure

Make sure the wrap feels snug but not too tight

Check that you can make a fist comfortably
