Park the car in a shaded area and let the windshield cool
Gather glass cleaner, microfiber towels, and a clean dry cloth
Remove loose dirt and dust from the windshield
Spray glass cleaner onto the windshield or onto a microfiber towel
Wipe the windshield in overlapping horizontal or vertical strokes
Clean the inside of the windshield separately
Use a second dry microfiber towel to remove streaks
Clean the edges and corners of the glass
Repeat if needed until the windshield is clear
Check for streaks from different angles
Clean the wiper blades if necessary
