Go to Wallet
Select your linked bank account
Click Transfer Money or Withdraw Funds
Enter the amount you want to transfer
Review the details
Confirm the transfer
Wait for the money to arrive in your bank account
If no bank account is linked, add and confirm one first
Make sure your PayPal balance is sufficient before transferring
