Unbox the Cricut Explore Air 2 and remove all packaging materials
Place the machine on a stable, flat surface
Plug in the power cord and turn on the machine
Connect the machine to your computer, tablet, or phone via Bluetooth or USB
Download and install Cricut Design Space
Create or sign in to your Cricut account
Open Design Space and select or create a project
Choose your material in Design Space
Load the correct blade and mat into the machine
Place your material on the cutting mat and smooth it down
Insert the mat into the machine by pressing the load button
Press the flashing Go button to start cutting
Remove the mat when cutting is complete
Peel away the excess material from your design
Unload the mat and clean the machine if needed
Store blades, mats, and accessories properly after use
