Check the care label for washing instructions
Remove the pillowcase and any cover
Vacuum the pillow to remove dust and debris
Spot clean stains with mild detergent and water
Gently blot the stained area with a clean cloth
Do not soak the memory foam
Do not put the pillow in a washing machine
Do not put the pillow in a dryer
Rinse spot-cleaned areas with a damp cloth
Press out excess moisture with a towel
Air dry the pillow completely in a well-ventilated area
Keep it away from direct sunlight and high heat
Flip the pillow occasionally while drying
Replace the cover once the pillow is fully dry
