Open the Instagram app or go to the Instagram website
Log in to your account
Go to your profile
Tap the menu icon
Select Settings and privacy
Tap Accounts Center
Tap Password and security
Tap Change password
Select your Instagram account
Enter your current password
Enter your new password
Confirm the new password
Tap Save or Change password
