Open Snapchat
Tap your Bitmoji or profile icon
Tap the gear icon for Settings
Scroll to Privacy Controls or Additional Services
Look for AI features such as My AI
Tap My AI
Tap Clear from Chat Feed or Chat Settings
Tap Delete Chat or Unpin if available
If prompted, confirm the action
To remove it from view, press and hold My AI in Chat
Tap Chat Settings
Tap Clear from Chat Feed
If you want to limit AI-related data use, go to Settings
Review and adjust privacy and data settings
If the option is unavailable, update Snapchat to the latest version
If it still cannot be removed, use Snapchat Support or Help Center
