Gather materials: cardboard, paper, tape, glue, scissors, paint, baking soda, vinegar, dish soap, and a small container
Place the small container upright on a sturdy base
Build a cone shape around the container using cardboard or papier-mâché
Leave the top of the container open
Cover and secure the outer structure with tape or glue
Let the structure dry completely
Paint the outside to look like a volcano
Add baking soda into the container
Add a few drops of dish soap
Add vinegar to create the eruption
Repeat the vinegar step as needed
