Open the Facebook app or go to Facebook in a web browser
Log in to your account
Tap or click your profile picture or menu icon
Go to Settings and privacy
Select Settings
Open Accounts Center
Tap or click Password and security
Select Change password
Choose the account you want to update
Enter your current password
Enter your new password
Re-enter your new password to confirm
Tap or click Save changes
Log out of other devices if prompted
Save your new password securely
