Copy the URL from the browser address bar
On the app, tap the three dots or share option to find the link
For a profile, use the username link format: https://www.facebook.com/username
For a page, open the page and copy its link from the address bar
For a post, click the post timestamp and copy the URL
For a group, open the group and copy the group link from the address bar
