Click the three-dot menu on the video
Select Copy link or Show video URL
Use a Facebook video downloader tool or website
Paste the copied link into the downloader
Choose the video quality if available
Click Download
Save the file to your device
If it is your own Live video, go to your Facebook Page or profile
Open the Live video from your Videos or Live section
Click the three-dot menu
Select Download video if available
Save the file to your device
If download is not available, use Facebook’s Download Your Information tool
Open Facebook Settings
Go to Your Facebook Information
Select Download Your Information
Choose Videos or Live videos
Request the download
Download the archive when it is ready
