Open Facebook and go to your profile
Click or tap Edit Profile
Find the Birthday section
Click or tap Edit next to your birthday
Change the birthday fields to the desired date or set them to private if available
Save the changes
If you want to remove birthday visibility, go to Privacy settings for your profile information
Set Birthday visibility to Only me or the most private option available
If you cannot delete the birthday completely, update it to the correct date and hide it from others
