Open Facebook and log in
Go to your profile
Click or tap Photos
Select the album that contains the image
Open the image you want to delete
Click or tap the three-dot menu
Select Delete photo
Confirm the deletion
To delete multiple images, open the album and remove each photo one by one
If the image is in a post, open the post and delete the photo from the post or delete the post itself
To delete images from a story, open the story and use the delete option before it expires
To delete profile or cover photos, open the photo and choose Delete photo if available
To remove a tagged photo from your profile, open the photo and choose Remove tag
To delete photos from Facebook on mobile, use the Facebook app and follow the same steps
To delete photos from a page you manage, open the page, go to Photos, and delete the image from there
