Wash and dry the zucchini
Trim off the ends
Use a box grater or food processor
Grate the zucchini on the medium or large holes
Place the grated zucchini in a bowl
If the zucchini is very watery, squeeze out excess moisture with a clean towel or cheesecloth
Measure the grated zucchini as needed for the bread recipe
