Open the Instagram app and find the video you want to save
Tap the three-dot menu on the post
Select Save to add it to your Instagram saved items
If the video is your own, open the post and tap the download or save option if available
If the video is in your story, open the story and tap the download icon if available
If you need a copy on your device, use Instagram’s Download Your Information tool in Settings
On a computer, open Instagram in a browser and use the post options if download is available
If the video is not yours, check whether the creator allows downloads or sharing
