Open your Word document
Press Ctrl + H on Windows or Command + H on Mac
Click the Find what box
Type the text you want to find
Click the Replace with box
Type the new text
Click Find Next to review each match
Click Replace to change the current match
Click Replace All to change every match
Use More >> for advanced options if needed
Close the Find and Replace window when finished
