Hold the flag flat and remove any slack
Fold the flag in half lengthwise, bringing the striped half over the blue field
Fold it in half lengthwise again
Start at the striped end and make a triangular fold over the open edge
Continue folding the triangle upward along the length of the flag
Keep each fold tight and even
Tuck the remaining fabric into the triangle as you go
When only the blue field remains, fold the last edge into the triangle
Finish with only the blue field showing on the outside
Smooth the triangle and secure the end if needed
