Tap the Apple Pay transaction you want to dispute
Check whether the merchant supports refunds
Contact the merchant directly and request a refund
Provide the transaction details, date, and amount
Ask the merchant to process the refund back to your Apple Pay card
Wait for the refund to appear on your card statement
Contact your card issuer if the merchant does not respond
Report the charge as unauthorized if you did not make it
Use the card issuer’s dispute or chargeback process
Review your bank or card app for refund status
