Open the Wallet app on your iPhone
Tap the plus sign to add a card
Add a debit card or eligible prepaid card to Apple Pay
Verify your card with your bank or card issuer
Open the Messages app
Start a conversation or open an existing one
Tap the Apple Pay button in the iMessage app drawer
Enter the amount you want to receive
Send the payment request to the other person
Make sure your Apple Cash account is set up in Wallet
Accept the payment in Apple Cash if needed
Confirm your identity if prompted
Check that Apple Cash is available in your country or region
Make sure both devices support Apple Pay and Apple Cash
Keep your iPhone signed in to iCloud with two-factor authentication enabled
