Gather a square sheet of paper
Fold the paper diagonally both ways
Fold the paper in half horizontally and vertically
Collapse the paper into a smaller square base
Fold the top layer’s corners toward the center
Repeat on the other side if needed
Tuck and shape the folds to form a balloon outline
Leave a small opening for inflation
Blow air into the opening
Pinch or fold the opening closed if desired
