Gather cardboard, scissors, a pencil, a pushpin, and a marker
Draw a circle on the cardboard
Cut out the circle
Mark the center of the circle
Divide the circle into equal sections
Color each section differently
Make a small hole at the center
Insert the pushpin through the center hole
Push the pin into an eraser or small cork
Spin the spinner by flicking the edge
