Preheat the air fryer to 400°F
Pat chicken tenders dry
Season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika
Set up three bowls: flour, beaten eggs, and breadcrumbs
Dredge each tender in flour
Dip into egg
Coat with breadcrumbs
Lightly spray the air fryer basket with oil
Place tenders in a single layer in the basket
Lightly spray the tops of the tenders with oil
Air fry for 8 to 10 minutes
Flip halfway through cooking
Cook until golden and the internal temperature reaches 165°F
Serve immediately
