Cut boneless, skinless chicken breasts into strip-sized pieces
Season the chicken with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika
Set up three bowls: flour in one, beaten eggs in one, and breadcrumbs or panko in one
Dredge each chicken strip in flour
Dip the floured strip into the beaten eggs
Coat the strip with breadcrumbs or panko
Press the coating gently so it sticks well
Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat or preheat the oven to 425°F
Fry the strips in hot oil until golden brown and cooked through, or bake them on a greased baking sheet
Flip halfway through cooking if baking
Cook until the internal temperature reaches 165°F
Drain fried strips on paper towels
Serve hot with dipping sauce
