How to Fry Hot Wings?

Pat the chicken wings dry

Season the wings with salt and pepper or your preferred seasoning

Heat oil in a deep fryer or heavy pot to 350°F to 375°F

Carefully add the wings to the hot oil in batches

Fry for 10 to 12 minutes, turning as needed

Cook until the wings are golden brown and the internal temperature reaches 165°F

Remove the wings and drain on a wire rack or paper towels

Toss the wings in hot sauce or your preferred wing sauce

Serve immediately
