Click the Apple menu
Open System Settings
Click Notifications
Turn off Allow notifications for specific apps
Open Control Center
Click Focus
Choose Do Not Disturb
Set a schedule for Do Not Disturb if needed
Turn off notification sounds in app settings
Disable notification badges for specific apps
Use Focus modes to allow only selected notifications
