How to Play Dominoes with 3 Players?

Use a standard double-six domino set

Shuffle all tiles face down

Each player draws 7 tiles

Place the remaining tiles face down as the boneyard

Determine the starting player by highest double or highest tile

The starting player places the first tile in the center

Take turns clockwise

On your turn, match one end of a tile in your hand to an open end on the layout

If you cannot play, draw one tile from the boneyard

If the drawn tile can be played, place it immediately

If it cannot be played, keep it and pass

Continue until one player uses all their tiles or no one can play

If a player empties their hand, that player wins

If the game is blocked, the player with the lowest total pips in hand wins

If tied, compare the lowest number of tiles remaining

If still tied, declare a draw or replay according to your group’s rule
