Unplug the refrigerator from the power outlet
Wait 5 to 10 minutes
Plug the refrigerator back in
Press and hold the refrigerator and freezer temperature buttons for 3 to 5 seconds if your model has a control panel reset
Press and hold the Ice Plus and Refrigerator buttons together for 3 to 5 seconds if your model supports it
Press and hold the Lock button for 3 seconds if the controls are locked
Turn the circuit breaker off for 5 minutes if the plug is not accessible
Restore power and check the display
Reset the water filter indicator if needed
Reset the door alarm or other alerts if they remain on
