Open Chrome
Click the three-dot menu
Select Bookmarks
Click Bookmark manager
Click the three-dot menu in Bookmark Manager
Select Export bookmarks
Choose a save location
Click Save
To back up manually, copy the Chrome bookmarks file from your profile folder
To sync bookmarks, sign in to Chrome and turn on Sync
