Select the clip in the timeline
Right-click the clip
Choose Speed/Duration
Increase the Speed percentage
Click OK
Use Ripple Edit if you want the timeline to close the gap automatically
For variable speed, use Time Remapping
For smoother motion, enable Frame Blending or Optical Flow
For faster playback without changing the clip, use the Program Monitor playback resolution settings
