Move the playhead to the frame you want to freeze
Right-click the clip in the timeline
Select Frame Hold Options
Choose Hold On In Point, Hold On Out Point, or Hold On Custom Frame
Click OK
If needed, use Add Frame Hold to create a freeze frame at the playhead
Adjust the duration of the frozen section by trimming the clip edges
Alternatively, export the frame as an image and place it back into the timeline as a still image
