Wash the pineapple
Cut off the top and bottom
Stand the pineapple upright
Slice off the peel from top to bottom
Remove any remaining eyes
Cut the pineapple in half lengthwise
Cut each half into quarters
Remove the core from each quarter
Slice or chop the pineapple into desired pieces
