How To Fry Tofu?

Press tofu to remove excess water

Cut tofu into cubes, slices, or triangles

Pat tofu dry with paper towels

Toss tofu with a little salt, cornstarch, or seasoning if desired

Heat oil in a skillet over medium to medium-high heat

Add tofu in a single layer

Fry until the bottom is golden brown

Flip and fry the other sides until crisp and golden

Remove tofu from the pan

Drain on paper towels or a wire rack

Serve immediately or add to your dish
