Lift the wiper arms away from the windshield
Note the wiper blade type (hook, bayonet, or J-hook)
Press the release tab on the old blade connector (if present)
Slide or pull the old blade off the wiper arm per the connector type
If the blade has a locking mechanism, depress the latch while removing the blade
Align the new blade connector with the wiper arm hook/slot
Push the new blade onto the arm until it clicks or locks in place
Confirm the blade is secure by gently tugging it
Lower the wiper arms back onto the windshield
Repeat for the other side if needed
Test operation by running the wipers on low speed and checking for proper contact and no skipping
