Open the device or app settings
Go to Parental Controls, Family, or Restrictions
Enter the parental control PIN, password, or account credentials
Turn off parental controls or disable restrictions
Save the changes
Restart the device if prompted
If you do not know the PIN or password, contact the account owner or device administrator
