Put the car in Park
Exit the vehicle
Close all doors
Walk away with the key card or phone key
Lock the car using the key card, phone app, or key fob
Wait for the vehicle to power down automatically
To fully shut down the touchscreen, tap Controls
Tap Safety
Tap Power Off
Do not touch pedals, doors, touchscreen, or steering wheel for at least 2 minutes
To turn off the climate system, tap the fan icon and switch it off
To turn off sentry mode, tap Controls
Tap Safety
Tap Sentry Mode and switch it off
