The G-spot is usually on the front wall of the vagina, a few inches inside
Use clean hands and trimmed nails
Make sure there is consent and comfort first
Have the person lie on their back with knees bent, or another comfortable position
Insert one or two fingers gently into the vagina
Curl the fingers upward toward the belly button in a “come here” motion
Feel for an area that may be slightly rougher, ridged, or more sensitive
Apply gentle pressure and adjust based on feedback
Use lubrication if needed
Stop if there is pain or discomfort
Remember that sensitivity varies and not everyone finds the same spot or sensation pleasurable
