Wash feet daily with soap and water

Change socks at least once a day

Rotate shoes and let them air out between wears

Apply antiperspirant to feet
Wear breathable shoes
Avoid wearing the same shoes every day
Replace old insoles
Use odor-fighting insoles
Soak feet in vinegar or Epsom salt occasionally
Trim toenails and keep them clean
Treat athlete’s foot if present
Use antifungal treatment if needed
Avoid going barefoot in sweaty shoes
Wash socks, shoes, and insoles regularly
See a doctor if odor persists despite good hygiene
