Open the Instagram app
Tap the plus icon or swipe right from the home feed
Select Live
Add a title if desired
Check your audience settings
Tap the Live button to start streaming
Wait for the connection to start
Use on-screen controls during the live video
Tap the end button when finished
Confirm to end the live session
