Fill the water reservoir with fresh water
Plug in the machine and turn it on
Wait for the machine to heat up
Place a mug on the drip tray
Lift the handle and insert a K-Cup pod
Close the handle firmly
Select the brew size if your model has options
Press the brew button
Wait for the coffee to finish brewing
Remove and discard the used pod
Empty and clean the drip tray if needed
Turn off the machine if desired
