Preheat oven to 400°F
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or foil
Pat chicken tenderloins dry
Season with salt, pepper, and any desired spices
Lightly coat with oil
Arrange tenderloins in a single layer on the baking sheet
Bake for 15 to 20 minutes
Flip halfway through baking
Check that the internal temperature reaches 165°F
Remove from oven and let rest for 5 minutes
