Put a carved pumpkin or jack o’lantern on top of the center iron block
Make sure there is enough space around the structure for the golem to spawn
The iron golem will appear immediately after the pumpkin is placed

In Java Edition, use 4 iron blocks and 1 carved pumpkin or jack o’lantern
Ensure the area is not blocked by non-empty spaces or obstructing blocks
If building in a village, keep the golem inside the village area if you want it to stay nearby
