How To Cook A Spiral Ham In The Oven?

Preheat the oven to 325°F

Remove the spiral ham from packaging

Place the ham cut-side down in a roasting pan

Add 1/2 to 1 cup of water, broth, or juice to the pan

Cover the ham tightly with foil

Bake for 10 to 12 minutes per pound

Remove the foil during the last 15 to 20 minutes if glazing

Brush on glaze during the last 15 to 20 minutes

Bake until the internal temperature reaches 140°F

Remove the ham from the oven

Let it rest for 10 to 15 minutes before serving

Slice and serve
