Plug in your Google Home device
Locate the microphone mute button on the device
Press and hold the microphone mute button for about 15 seconds
Release the button when you hear a confirmation sound or see the lights indicate a reset
Wait for the device to finish resetting
Open the Google Home app
Set up the device again if needed
