Open Chrome
Click the three-dot menu
Go to History
Check if your tab groups are listed in recently closed tabs
Reopen the closed window or tabs if available
Sign in to Chrome with the same Google account you used before
Turn on sync in Chrome settings
Make sure Tab Groups sync is enabled
Update Chrome to the latest version
Restart Chrome
Check if you are using the same profile
Switch to the correct Chrome profile if needed
Restore from a recent browser session if Chrome crashed
Check extensions that may affect tab groups
Disable suspicious extensions and restart Chrome
Reset Chrome settings if groups still do not appear
Recreate the groups manually if they cannot be restored
