Find a local plasma donation center using online search or the center’s website

Contact the center or check the website for eligibility requirements and hours

Bring a valid government-issued photo ID

Bring proof of address if required by the center

Bring any required documentation (as instructed by the center)

Review eligibility criteria (age, weight, health conditions, recent travel, medications, tattoos/piercings, and infectious disease risk)

Schedule an appointment if required

Eat a meal and drink plenty of fluids before donating
