Grind 18–20 g of coffee beans finely

Tamp the grounds evenly in a portafilter

Brew a double espresso

Steam 120–150 ml of milk to about 55–65°C

Create a smooth, glossy microfoam with very small bubbles

Pour the steamed milk into the espresso

Hold back foam at first, then finish with a thin layer of microfoam on top
