How To Search In Excel?

Press Ctrl + F to open Find

Type the text, number, or formula you want to search

Click Find Next to move through matches

Click Find All to see every match

Use Options to refine the search

Choose Within: Sheet or Workbook

Choose Search: By Rows or By Columns

Choose Look in: Formulas, Values, or Comments

Match the entire cell contents if needed

Match case if needed

Use Replace with Ctrl + H to search and replace

Use filters to search within a table or column

Use the search box in the Name Box to jump to a cell or range

Use Go To with Ctrl + G or F5 to locate a specific cell, range, or named range
