Turn off the Quest 2
Hold the Power button and the Volume Down button at the same time until the boot menu appears
Use the Volume buttons to highlight Factory Reset
Press the Power button to select it
Use the Volume buttons to highlight Yes
Press the Power button to confirm
Wait for the reset to complete and the headset to restart
Or open the Meta Quest app on your phone
Tap Menu
Tap Devices
Select your Quest 2
Tap Headset Settings
Tap Advanced Settings
Tap Factory Reset
Tap Reset to confirm
